Meet Jayne Smillie, Sales Representative for TFN Realty Inc., Brokerage ("TFN").

I'm a REALTOR® — but I work daily on being much more than that to the home owners and families that I'm proud to serve.

I am focused on the sale of new homes. Since the beginning of my career I have helped to sell over 5,000 properties, with a total value over two billion dollars. This includes over 4,000 pre-construction ("pre-con") new homes since 1998. It also includes many other detached, freehold homes and condominium residences throughout the years.

That's a track record of pre-construction sales expertise.

I've built my career and industry credentials on many years of pre-construction dedication. I started selling new homes in 1998. I have also sold resale real estate for over three decades. I have been a licensed real estate Sales Representative since 1987.

I work hard for my local community, and for my community of home buyers.

I'm proud to serve as a Director of the Brantford Homebuilders' Association (BHBA).
